We have a relaxed management approach and weekly meetings of the 3D delivery team to review project delivery and priorities. It’s an opportunity for everyone to discuss progress, to flag up any pressures and to share ideas.
Our open plan office engenders an informal and supportive environment, which is particularly helpful for collaboration on projects or when developing skills in a new service area. It’s all helped along by easy access to a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of tea and coffee.
Produced the most innovative work or got the messiest desk? Then you might find yourself the recipient of one of the office Oscars, which move around on a regular basis. The 2016 iCreate Bake-Off left us with way too much cake… so this year we’re thinking it might have to be a Salad-Off.

From small scale housing to urban scale developments, iCreate offers its clients a bespoke approach, advising on and delivering exactly what each individual project needs: from site naming and branding, through websites and printed material, to the core services of 3D visualisations, fly-throughs, virtual reality experiences and interactive maps and site plans.
The company uses a range of IT packages, including 3DS Max, Maya, Unity and Unreal, as well as the Adobe Creative Suite. We are constantly developing and innovating to ensure we are at the forefront of best practice and in some instances ahead of the field.

Founded in Swansea in 2003, iCreate is an established and successful business with clients across Wales, the UK and beyond. Originally from London, Dawn Lyle and Jake Major set up the business after graduating from Swansea Metropolitan University (now part of the University of Wales Trinity Saint David).
From a team of two, the company has grown steadily over the years, and currently employs 12 people. Previously based in Technium in SA1, the business moved into its own premises in the centre of Uplands in 2014 – a unique, open plan environment that reflects our personality and provides an inspiring place to work.
Over the last 14 years, over 500 projects have been completed. iCreate has helped clients with a range of objectives: securing planning permission, winning public support, conveying concepts, attracting interest and persuading buyers of the merits of a wide range of developments.
